Amazing product for microgreens
So far so good. I’ve just started using them in my clamshells for my fresh microgreens so I don’t have a lot of feedback but no complaints. I wish they were a little bigger in size. These are 3x3
I am a brand new entrepreneur in the microgreen growing space. My research led me to believe that an absorbent pad would double the shelf life of my product (normally 5-7 days after harvest). I can now confirm the research! It absolutely did! Our customers are enjoying fresh microgreens up to two weeks after having received them.

How much moisture can each pad absorb?
Each Hydra-Sorb pad can absorb approximately 3.6-15ml of moisture depending on size. For produce that releases more moisture, we recommend stacking two or more pads.
How can the pads be secured inside my food packaging ?
We provide food grade adhesive with each order. Please refer to our blog and or email us for larger adhesive requirements. The adhesive is FDA Regulation #21CFR175.105
compliant. The application is using a low heat glue gun and a drop or two of adhesive to the underside of the pad in your packaging.
Are the pads safe for all types of produce?
Yes, Hydra-Sorb pads are safe and effective for all types of fresh produce, including fruits, vegetables, and microgreens. They help maintain optimal humidity levels to keep your produce fresh and vibrant.
Can the pads be reused?
Hydra-Sorb pads are designed for single use to ensure the best moisture absorption and hygiene. Reusing pads is not recommended as it may compromise their effectiveness.
